Recipes & Pairings

Chaucer’s mead isn't just for sipping — it's for creating. Warm it with cinnamon and clove for a fireside spiced mead, or blend it with dark ale and honey for a traditional braggot worthy of a medieval feast. Mix it into cocktails like the Honeymooner or the boozy Shirley’s Mom. Bake it into brown butter mead cookies, drizzle it over poached pears, or fold it into a cheesecake glaze that will have your guests raising their goblets. From cocktails to desserts, CHAUCER'S transforms every recipe into a celebration.
